Heeeeeeeeeeeeeeere’s Freddy! Its Nightmare on Elm Street vs Friday the 13th

Prepare to be scared! The dream warriors are back this week for a slash-filled, spoopy discussion of some of our favorite Halloween classics! This week, we don’t fall asleep and keep out of the woods– its Nightmare on Elm Street vs Friday the 13th

We begin this trip to the 80’s Halloween museum by opening up the show and discussing what we’ve been watching for the past week and follow up by discussing the Beekly 3.  Joining us for the Beekly 3 this week, our old pal Sam Ratliffe steps up to the mic!  We kick off the segment with the new John Wick: Chapter 2 trailer. Can Keanu once again ‘whoa’ us with the follow up to the previous box office smash?  Next, we discuss the brand new trailer for the much anticipated Power Rangers. Will this week’s new trailer sway Hunter into becoming a fan? Finally, we discuss casting rumors for the Han Solo spin off film. Is Han Solo in love?

Sam sticks around to debate with us in this week’s Versus segment. We compare two classic 80’s horror films when we talk Nightmare on Elm Street vs Friday the 13th. Which film will win in the battle of the slashers? You may not want to fall asleep on this one– and just for good measure, stay out of the woods, too. Stay tuned to find out who wins!

As always, you can leave a comment below to let us know what your thoughts are on this discussion or email us at Versusmoviepodcast@gmail.com.  Stay tuned for the third of five SPOOKY episodes where we compare two modern horror classics! Will It Follows be a better film than BabadookJoin us next week to find out!
