We’re Baaaaaaaaaaaack! — This Week, We’re Talking The Shining vs Jacob’s Ladder!

Pardon our dust as we get the show back up to snuff! After a long hiatus and moving of the studio, we’re back at it, ready to kick some ass! We’re coming at you live, chock full of audio hiccups, rust, and annoying crickets!  But enough about that– let’s talk movies! Missing after many weeks, we jump right back into things this week by pitting two psychological thrillers head to head– its The Shining vs Jacob’s Ladder

We blow off the rust in this episode, so bear with us!  The three amigos begin by discussing what we’ve been watching this week/month(s) and follow up by discussing the Beekly 3.  We kick off the news with the Blair Witch Project sequel, Blair Witch, and discuss our thoughts on the franchise.  Next, we get into Suicide Squad box office news, and discuss our thoughts on the polarizing film! Finally, Josh lets the crew know of Pizza Hut’s latest overseas endeavor, the projection box.

For this week’s versus segment, we check ourselves into a mental institute as we are not sure what is real anymore as we compare The Shining vs Jacob’s Ladder. Hunter learns what a hot take means as he dishes them out about both films. Find out which film we picked as the better of the two!

As always, you can leave a comment below to let us know what your thoughts are on this discussion or email us at Versusmoviepodcast@gmail.com.  Stay tuned for next week’s episode where we compare the master of suspense, Alfred Hitchcock, against himself! Will Vertigo be a better film than Rear WindowJoin us next week to find out!
